Covers that earn the click.
I'm Omair Saddiq — a book cover designer working out of Lahore for self-published authors, small presses and publishing houses across the world. Eight years in, four hundred plus covers shipped, and one belief that hasn't moved: a great cover is a sales tool with taste.

Omair Saddiq — Founder & Designer
I started drawing type on the margins of school books long before I knew there was a job for it. A design diploma, a stint inside a boutique publishing house, and one very patient romance author later, book covers became the thing I do full-time — and haven't stopped doing since.
The studio is small on purpose. Every project runs through me from the first discovery call to the final print-ready upload: concept, illustration direction, typography, spine, back-blurb layout, eBook JPEG, EPUB, audiobook square and 3D marketing mockups. No account managers, no hand-offs, no wondering who's actually touching your book.
Most of my work still comes from repeat clients and referrals. Authors come back for the sequel, then the series, then send their writing group my way. That's the metric I care about — not follower counts, not awards shelves, though a few of those have quietly stacked up too.

[ How I work / 003 ]
Four rules the studio runs on.
The thumbnail is the brief
Ninety percent of a cover's job happens at 200 pixels tall on an Amazon results page. I design there first — silhouette, contrast, title legibility — then reward the reader with detail up close.
Genre before taste
Every genre has a visual grammar readers already know. I study the current top 100 in your category, respect what's working, and push the design just far enough to feel new without confusing the shelf.
One pair of hands
Concept, illustration direction, typography, spine, back-blurb layout and the print-ready file are all mine. No junior hand-offs, no template farms, no surprises between round one and delivery.
Print-tight, always
Every paperback and hardcover wrap ships to spec — correct spine width from your final page count, 0.125" bleed, safe trim, CMYK output, embedded fonts. Files clear KDP and IngramSpark on the first upload.
